Had a wonderful Xmas stay close to the slopes. the staff was incredibly friendly and always happy to help us with anything we needed. the location was spot on, with easy access to cable cars and ski booths. the free sauna usage and included activities were a great bonus.

Parking was a bit tight and challenging, but we eventually found a spot. we wished there was a mini-fridge in the room for our leftovers or snacks.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. We found it easy to park our car and walk to the slopes. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh and plentiful. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

We struggled a bit with the tight road leading to the hotel and had some difficulty parking. we would have appreciated a small refrigerator in the room for our convenience.

We loved the hotel facilities, parking, and transportation. The location was perfect for outdoor activities, with included tickets for cableway rides. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing information about the area. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. the breakfast is fresh and plenty, and there is even a sauna available to guests for added relaxation.

If looking for a broader variety of food options, guests may need to travel outside of the immediate area.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right next door to a charming castle. The service was exceptional, with daily housekeeping and a helpful grocery shopping service. The hotel also had several shops and commercial services on-site, making it incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a free shuttle service and providing tour information. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We loved the terrace and dining table where we could enjoy our meals in the fresh air. The garden area was also a beautiful spot to relax and unwind. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
